回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)由(you)回(hui)轉(zhuan)筒體(ti)(ti)、支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、帶擋輪支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)和(he)窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)頭、窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)尾密(mi)封裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、噴(pen)煤管裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)等部(bu)(bu)分(fen)組成。窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)與(yu)水平呈(cheng)一定的(de)斜度,整個窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)由(you)托輪裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)支承(cheng),并有(you)控制窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)上下(xia)竄動(dong)(dong)的(de)擋輪裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)除設(she)置(zhi)主傳動(dong)(dong)外,還設(she)置(zhi)了(le)為保(bao)障在(zai)主傳動(dong)(dong)電源中(zhong)斷時仍能(neng)使窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)慢速(su)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)、防止窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)體(ti)(ti)變形(xing)的(de)輔(fu)助傳動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)頭采用殼罩(zhao)式密(mi)封,窯(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)尾裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)軸向(xiang)接(jie)觸(chu)式密(mi)封裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),保(bao)證了(le)密(mi)封的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性!
